Halo at The Point Virtual Meeting Package

Do you have a large group to virtually gather for important company content sharing? We have the space along with state-of-the-art built-in audio-visual equipment to give presenters plenty of room for comfortable distance. This package is built for a maximum of 8 people to maintain compliance of social distancing guidelines currently in place.

Halo At The Point is a 6,800 square foot open concept venue located in the Brick North building of Thompson’s Point in Portland Maine. This space bridges the rugged beauty of its exposed brick and classic 1800’s industrial architecture with modern audio and lighting amenities. The venue provides the versatility to accommodate a diverse range of events and sessions. From stunning weddings, live music, and corporate events, to industry standard audio, video, and photography sessions, Halo at The Point makes it possible for you to curate defining moments with confidence.

Rental Price - $600 per hour at a minimum of two hours

Included in your Rental is (6) 1,000 Watt PA Speakers, (80) Ambient Intelligent Lights - curated to the desired color spectrum and hue of your event, (1) Audio Production & Lighting Engineer - for coordination, set up, and tear down assistance, full table and chair set up for up to eight people, lavaliere mics for up to eight people, (1) projector and Screen set up, one sound engineer as well as parking for up to 10 vehicles. Additional parking spots can be purchased for $5 per spot.

Available additions to this rental include breakfast and lunch packages for your guests as well additional a la cart AV capabilities

Additional Rental Information:

Load-in and set up of any additional items not provided by Thompson’s Point is to take place within one hour before the start of the event, and all items are to be removed from the space within an hour of the end of the event.  Additional labor fees may apply beyond these rental times.
