Catering:
We are proud to work with local catering talent to provide our guests with an excellent level of quality, variety and value for their special event. Our partners include; 111 Maine Catering, Big Tree Catering, Blue Elephant Catering, Bread & Butter Catering and Fire & Company. Our guests also have the option to bring in a caterer outside of this preferred list with a one-time kitchen buy-out fee of $3,000.
Bar Services:
Brick South provides bar services for all events. We have comprehensive bar packages that include all bar ware and professional bartenders to choose from with Portland Maine's booming local craft beers and signature cocktails. Our bar manager and staff will work with you closely to tailor the bar offerings that best suits the needs of your important event.
